Eclectic Electro-Acoustic Jazz Phenomenon 'Flow33' performing @ Flamingo The Arusha, Osaka, Japan. Flow 33 is an exciting new Japan based Jazz Quartet that melds Traditional Acoustic Jazz to todays electronic technology. Flow 33 is the brainchild of music producer Steve Hanuman and features all original songs which cross easily through many musical genres. The ambience created by this original blend of Live Jazz Instruments and Vocals with pulsating Synched Electronic Technology makes for a very powerful and memorable live concert experience. Steve Hanuman [Vocals / Trumpet / Keyboard] Steve Hanuman, Born in West Virginia and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, conducts the eclectic-electro-acoustic-morphing soundscape that is Flow33. Steve Hanuman, producer/composer and multi-instrumentalist, has a long and rich career on the jazz side of things... As a trumpet soloist he has performed and/or recorded with major players such as Jaco Pastorius, Tony Bennett, Dave Liebman (Miles Davis Quartet), Bob James and Burt Bacharach. On the live side of things his experience includes being a featured trumpet soloist at the Montreux and North Sea Jazz festivals in Europe among others. Steve Hanuman is at the moment drawing inspiration for his electro-acoustic brainchild Flow33 on location in the Neon Metropolis that is Osaka, Japan. Larry Marshall [Drums] Originally from Philadelphia, PA., Larry Marshall has just moved to Osaka, Japan after spending the last 10 years in South Florida, where he made a name for himself both in the jazz drumming teaching arena and the playing arena. While in South Florida, Larry was introduced to and asked to tour with the likes of Kevin Mahogany,Othello Molineaux, Randy Brecker, and Grammy award winning R&B artists Lauryn Hill, among others. He has also recently performed with Freddie Hubbard, Ritchie Cole,Randy Brecker, Dr. Donald Byrd, and Wyclif Gordon. Larry continues to tour all over the world with top name jazz musicians, record for Japanese Television shows and perform in Jazz clubs throughout Japan. Yasutaka Yorozu [Bass] Yasutaka Yorozu, born in Kyoto, brought in to the world of music with Blues as a first frame of reference. The Guitar becomes the first transducer of musical thought before making the transition to Acoustic Bass and Jazz. With his creative and progressive musicianship, Yorozu continues to blur musical borders not only as a result of his work with Flow33 but also through his work on other projects. David Vilayleck [Guitar] French Jazz Guitarist David Vilayleck, Sound Artist, Composer And Educator, Recently Moved To Kansai Area, Japan. He has studied Guitar with Pat Metheny, Jim Hall, Bill Frisell, Marc Ducret , Serge Lazarevitch, Sylvain Luc and Played with Jazz Musicians John Tchicai, Mario Canonge, Gustavo Ovalles , Stephan Oliva, Manu Codjia, Joel Allouche, Glenn Ferris, Gorka Benitez, George Burton, David Brown, Brian Hogg, Loop Collective, Robin Fincker, Gerri Jaeger, Traditional Musicians in Morocco, Masters of Gnawa Trance Music, Mahmoud Guinia, Bakbu, Hmida Boussou. David is a very multi-faceted musician. Apart from Flow33 he is into Experimental-Electronic-Ambient music and conducts a lot of work in that area.
